GIFA 2015 EXHIBITION
INFUSER GIFA 2015 CLIMATIC treats emissions from foundries
GIFA foundry exhibition, which takes place every four years in Düsseldorg, Germany, is undoubtedly the leading global trade fair for foundries in terms of number of exhibitors and visitors. Many of the participants attend the fair to introduce their latest technological inventions and innovations.
INFUSER’s management team took the decision that there is no other more suitable and reliable forum to introduce our system, CLIMATIC, for reduction and control of emissions from foundries. The process of iron casting creates unwanted air pollution in the form of: volatile organic compounds (VOC), BTEX (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene), amines and other. INFUSER tested and documented results of up to 95% of reduction of the above mentioned emissions in two foundries in Germany.
In addition, the GIFA Trade Fair hosts a knowledge transfer forum where a preselected number of industry experts give presentations and talks on the most recent developments concerning the industry. INFUSER’s Chief Scientific Officer, , presented INFUSER’s Gas-Phase Advanced Oxidation (GPAO) system CLIMATIC on the 19th of June 2015. CLIMATIC embodies the science and knowledge advancements in the field of atmospheric science. The forum’s key partners were the Association of German Engineers (VDI) and the German Foundry Association (BDG).
