INFUSER SPINS-OFF THE PATENTED DECONTAMINATION TECHNOLOGY STERISAFE™
Whole-room decontamination with documented high efficacy
For decades governments and care centers have been trying to eliminate Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAI). Annually, HAI have fatal consequences for 225,000 Europeans and North Americans – with numbers expected to be even more devastating in developing countries.
Increasingly, automated decontamination solutions are applied to reduce the need for tedious manual disinfection work and the resulting risk of human errors. INFUSER’s Full-Depth Decontamination Cycle (FDDC) concept applied in the STERISAFE™ whole-room decontamination system was conceived as a response to this growing market and is the most advanced solution in the pursuit of fighting HAI.
The new company, STERISAFE ApS, will be managed by General Manager Eliot Booth. The implementation and development of new products and applications based on the same underlying technology will take place in close cooperation with the Metropolitan University College in Copenhagen, Denmark.
